Melatonin is a natural sleep aid that the brain produces in response to darkness. Zahler Junior Melatonin provides children with 1 mg of sleep-regulating melatonin to help support restful & quality sleep.

Suggested use

Childrens ages 4+ chew one tablet at bedtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Other ingredients

Sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, citric acid, silicon dioxide, natural flavor, fruit and vegetable juice powder (color), rebaudiosie-a (from stevia leaf extract).
